Dr. Jeffery N. Shebovsky

Dr. Jeffrey N. Shebovsky was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended the State University of New York in Albany, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then continued his education at New York Chiropractic College, where he graduated with honors and became a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Over the years, Dr. Jeff has received many prestigious awards for both his professional and educational achievements. Some of his honors include: Being named to the National Dean’s list of Colleges and Universities; membership in the Phi Chi Omega International Chiropractic Honor Society; a recipient of the New York Chiropractic College Dean’s List Award and the New York Chiropractic College Service Award.

Dr. Shebovsky believes that knowledge shared is an important contribution to the future and he has invested his time and extensive knowledge by training student doctors studying for their National Board Exams. He is continually keeping abreast of the latest trends and discoveries and has completed post graduate training in sports injuries, whiplash, and brain injury traumatology to provide his patients with the best care possible.

Dr. Shebovsky’s specialties include personal injury care and family practice, with an additional emphasis on disc decompression through the use of VAX-D. He believes that an educated and informed patient will attain the best results and he lectures frequently within the Central Florida community. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Central Florida Chiropractic Society.

Dr. Shebovsky and his wife Carol have three children: Brooke, Erica and Jason. His hobbies include playing baseball, weight training, golf, and magic.

Dr. Eric W. Feiter
Dr. Eric W. Feiter

Dr. Eric W. Feiter has been concentrating on freeing
people from their pain since May 2006 in his clinic in Orlando, Florida. As a Chiropractor with experience, he is deeply committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Eric was born in Glen Ridge, NJ and grew up in southwest Orlando. He graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. degree and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan Chiropractic College. While there, he trained in the use of Cox Flexion-Distraction technique which has proven effective in the treatment of symptoms commonly associated with lowback disc herniation, sciatica, and chronic low back pain.

Dr. Feiter uses a “whole person approach” with his patients. He combines a hands-on-technique with state-of-the-art physiotherapy procedures along with the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today. Dr. Feiter’s concentration is on helping you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Robert G. Ostheim
Dr. Robert G. Ostheim

Dr. Robert G. Ostheim is proud to be working with Dr. Jeffrey N. Shebovsky in the new facility at West Orange Wellness & Injury Center. Dr. Ostheim was an associate doctor working with Dr. Jeff in his South Orange Wellness & Injury Center
office for the past three years.

Dr. Ostheim was born in Okinawa, Japan and was raised in Orlando, FL. He attended the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Chemistry. He continued his studies at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, graduating with a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Ostheim is certified in both the Florida Permanent Impairment Rating and Florida Workers’ Compensation Health Care.

He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Central Florida Chiropractic Society.

His hobbies include running, working out, reading and gourmet cooking.

Dr. Timothy Bortz
Dr. Timothy Bortz

Dr. Timothy Bortz deserves his well-earned reputation as an extraordinary healer, educator, and motivator. In addition to earning his doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and is a leader in treating Injuries. His alma mater, Palmer College of Chiropractic, is known as the “Fountainhead” of Chiropractic and is where Chiropractic began over 100 years ago.

Dr. Bortz is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA) , the Florida Chiropractic Society (FCS), the World Chiropractic Association (WCA), the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association (WCA). He grew up in Madison, Wisconsin where he spent 12 years in the Wisconsin Air National Guard before he left the military to start a career in Chiropractic.

Dr. Bortz is committed to promoting the health and well-being of his patients and practices a “whole person approach” with his patients. This approach to wellness begins by looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and making appropriate interventions and lifestyle adjustments to optimize the conditions for normal bodily function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Bortz is able to help his patients to accelerate and/or maintain their life-long journey to good health.

When not at work, Dr. Bortz’s interests include hunting, traveling back to his home state of Wisconsin and –as a former quarterback in high school, he enjoys keeping up with football. He lives in Viera and enjoys spending his personal time with his wife Angie, and two children, Alexis and Evan.

Orlando Chiropractor, Dr. Andrés I. Pérez
Dr. Andrés I. Pérez

Dr. Andrés I Pérez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras with a bachelor in sciences, and received the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic from the Palmer College of Chiropractic.

After a parachuting accident in the military Dr. Andrés hurt his back. Other than medication there was little the medical community could provide to help him achieve relief of his pain. In Puerto Rico, Dr. Andrés met a chiropractor who helped him with his pain and by receiving chiropractic care became a healthier person. Since that moment he knew the value chiropractic, and what it could provide for the lives of others.

Dr. Andrés is passionate about healthy living, exercise, and nutrition. An avid tri-athlete he spends his weekends swimming, cycling, and running. “To achieve health we must eat well, think well, and move well.” When all of these come together at one time, we see people achieving the best possible health they can attain.

Dr. Kenn A. Niebrugge

Dr. Kenn A. Niebrugge enjoys working with athletes at all levels of competition and applies those same highly effective techniques into a general practice, helping patients from all walks of life make a more timely and effective recovery from auto injuries, headaches or neck and back pain. Dr. Niebrugge is constantly continuing his education and is certified in Florida Permanent Impairment Rating.

South Orange Wellness & Injury Center offers chiropractic, medical, spinal decompression therapy, massage therapy, and physical therapy. Along with chiropractor Dr. Jeffrey N. Shebovsky, he is proud to be working in their new state-of-the-art facility in Hunter’s Creek.

Orlando Chiropractor, Dr. Colombo
Dr. Carlos H. Colombo

Dr. Carlos H. Colombo was born and raised in South America and he is fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and English. He attended the University of La Plata, in Buenos Aires, where he received his training in emergency medicine, pathology, and internal medicine. He then continued his education in the United States and studied at the Framingham Union Hospital, University of Massachusetts, and Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Colombo’s health care emphasis is on wellness and preventive medicine. He specializes in injuries and disability and is dedicated to the non-surgical treatment of soft tissue trauma, with an emphasis on physical therapy and rehabilitation. Dr. Colombo also has extensive experience in court testimony and clinical quality improvement.

He is very active in community health education and women’s wellness.Dr. Colombo is a member of the American Medical Association. His hobbies includemusic and traveling.

Orlando Acupuncture with Dr. Anis Khalaf
Dr. Anis Khalaf

Dr. Anis Khalaf trained as a Primary Care Physician in Orlando, Florida.  He is a licensed Acupuncture Physician and received his degree, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine.  Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, Dr. Anis currently works in his own practice Acupuncture Fit, Inc.  Dr. Anis’s background started where he held his internship with world renowned Acupuncture Physician, Dr. Zhi Liang Huo.   Under Dr. Huo’s guidance Dr. Anis mastered his infamous five needle scalp acupuncture technique.  Dr. Anis’s main areas of research interest are in functional and integrative medicine, scalp acupuncture, and acupuncture injection therapy.  He is involved with the Florida Holistic Physicians Alliance, and is developing free health screening programs for the community.  His other areas of interest are fertility, herbal medicine and food therapy.  Dr. Anis Khalaf’s primary goal is to help his patients become fit in all aspects of health.
